1. Educational Qualification (શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત)

• Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.

• Final Year Students: Candidates in their final year/semester can also apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of passing the graduation examination on or before December 31, 2026.

• Local Language Requirement: Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the official local language of the applied State/UT is essential.

• Age Range: Candidates must be 20 to 28 years old as of April 1, 2026.
